Coral started because comprehensive tax credit services at an affordable price didn’t exist for small to medium sized businesses. Most of the firms providing these types of services were either large CPA firms and very expensive (for large businesses), or non-CPA firms that just didn’t provide quality services and were also charging exorbitant rates. The large CPA firms do provide a great product, but it just isn’t affordable to smaller businesses. Non-CPA firms are providing a very poor product with insufficient documentation that will leave their clients exposed should the IRS audit them, and by the time the audits start coming, many of these pop up firms will be long gone.
